Moveguard is your individual training companion that adjusts to you by offering a customized fitness plan with the endurance sports of your choice. The app is like a fitness trainer that accompanies you when you swim, do aquajogging, run, do nordic walking and cycle.

A FITNESS APP BASED ON SCIENTIFIC KNOWLEDGE
The moveguard training app was developed on the basis of 5.000 performance diagnostics and the most recent findings in the fields of sports medicine and sports science. So, moveguard is the first fitness app which is based on scientific knowledge and which offers everyone optimal and personal training.

THE HEALTH CHECK
The fitness plan is suitable not only for beginners and returners in the world of sports but also for active athletes. Before you start with your individual training plan, you need to measure your vital parameters and enter them in the health check. Afterwards you will receive information on your health status, your metabolic rate at rest and your Waist-to-Height-Ratio. If you want to check your Body-Mass-Index, use the BMI calculator in the health check.

A CUSTOMIZED FITNESS PLAN
On the basis of your personal vital parameters and sporting habits the fitness trainer plans your personal fitness plan and helps you get fit and lose weight quickly. The 12-week training plan is set up with an individual training heart rate and workout time which both adjust to your changing training level when exercising regularly.

SUPPORT AND EVALUATION
During the training the personal training companion logs the workout time and heart rate and tracks via GPS the distance you have covered, your speed, and your route. After each session and after the 12-week plan you receive an evaluation of your performance. In this way you always have an eye on your progress. If your vital parameters are changing during the 12-week training plan, you can adjust them in the health check. Also use the BMI calculator to check whether your Body-Mass-Index has already turned to normal if you were overweight.

BLUETOOTH-4.0-SYNCHRONISATION
To control the intensity of exercise we recommend to use a Bluetooth 4.0 enabled heart rate monitor which you can connect to the fitness app during your session. Now the training companion is able to monitor your heart rate when you exercise. In this way moveguard makes sure that you always train in your optimal intensity zone without straining your heart unnecessarily.

NOTE: If you use a conventional heart rate monitor that consists of a chest strap and a watch, you can enter your heart rate manually into the fitness app after each session.
